As all our 3D-printed products are made to order and customized with care, we do not accept returns for:

Incorrect color selection by the customer.
Minor layer lines or surface textures that are a natural characteristic of the 3D printing process.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Replacement Policy
We offer a free replacement in the following cases:
✅ Product received damaged during transit.
✅ Wrong product received.
✅ Manufacturing defect affecting the functionality of the product.
To request a replacement:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Share clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.
3. Once verified, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued in the following situations:
The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be manufactured.
A verified damaged or defective product cannot be replaced due to stock limitations, discontinuation, or other production constraints.
In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, improper handling, or exposure to heat and moisture.
Normal wear and tear.
Slight color variations due to screen settings.
Minor print imperfections that do not affect product functionality.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once production has started, customized and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled.
