Returns

As all our 3D-printed products are made to order and customized with care, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind.

• Incorrect color selection by the customer.

• Minor layer lines or surface textures that are a natural characteristic of the 3D printing process.

• Personalized or custom-made products.

Replacement Policy

We offer a free replacement in the following cases:

• ✅ Product received damaged during transit.

• ✅ Wrong product received.

• ✅ Manufacturing defect affecting the functionality of the product.

To request a replacement:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Share clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.

3. Once verified, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the following situations:

• The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be manufactured.

• A verified damaged or defective product cannot be replaced due to stock limitations, discontinuation, or other production constraints.

In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, improper handling, or exposure to heat and moisture.

• Normal wear and tear.

Order Cancellation
